Discovery UK has secured its biggest ever talent line-up for a series that will challenge the likes of Freddie Flintoff, Joe Pasquale and SAS soldier – turned-autor Chris Ryan to survice alone in locations including Belize, Botswana and Guyana.

Tigress Productions 6 x 60-minute Alone In The Wild will see the stars dropped off in the wilderness and asked to fend for themselves for seven days, equipped with only a tent and a camera.

(London/Bristol – July 4 2011) – Bristol based Natural History specialist, Tigress Productions, has been commissioned by Channel 5’s Andrew O’Connell, Head of Factual, News and Current Affairs to produce a documentary series following the trials and tribulations of Shaun Foggett’s dream to set up the first Croc Zoo in Britain. It will hopefully house each of the 23 species of crocodile in the world.

Channel 5’s series will be executive produced for Tigress by Kath Moore. Martin Hicks is Producer/Director and Karen Beland is Series Producer. This is a co-production with the project’s major funder Endemol Worldwide Distribution (EWD)

(London – May 23rd 2011) – Bristol-based Tigress Productions has been commissioned by Nat Geo Wild to produce a new three part series, Live Like An Animal, in which an intrepid team will occupy human scale recreations of some of the animal kingdom‟s most impressive architectural structures. Live Like An Animal will premiere globally on Nat Geo Wild in all territories including the U.S. and U.K. in 2012.

 Tigress, an Endemol company, are producing documentary Red Sea Jaws, which provides a dramatic and revealing investigation into the spine-chilling shark attacks in Sharm el-Sheikh last month. The 1 x 60″ documentary will air on Channel 5, Tuesday 25th January at 8pm.

In December, the popular tourist resort of Sharm el-Sheikh hit the headlines when four swimmers were brutally attacked and one killed in a spate of unprecedented shark attacks. What had turned the warm safe waters of the Red Sea into a real life horror story?
